Hillsong: Has Fallen

Hillsong church the worldwide known organization billing itself as a Christian Church has fallen.

Hillsong Church, it's home location being from Australia, self labels as a "global movement positioned at the intersection of Christianity and culture" started in 1983 by Brian and Bobbie Houston (Brian's wife).

Hillsong's global movement has been wildly successful for nearly 4 decades, spanning 131 churches in 30 countries, 150,000 weekly congregants, 50 million churchgoers singing, has yet again found itself in another scandal just shortly after a scandal that dealt with it's NYC campus with Carl Lentz and his adulterous relationship that was uncovered.

But that's not the worst scandal that has been uncovered over the years. Brian Houston, the main leader of Hillsong, for years has covered up child sexual abuse that hit close to home.

With all the scandals listed (not exhaustive) the crow has finally come to roost. Hillsong has now fallen with the entire world, religious and non alike with a new expose documentary series titled "Hillsong: A Megachurch Exposed" being released by Discovery+.

The bible warns that those who do evil will be exposed; Luke 8:7. Take careful watch over your souls and ministries lest you too be exposed like Hillsong.

God will not be mocked. Your sins will find you. Take great pains to make sure you run the race of life with grace, humility, integrity and holiness.
